Spiritual Director
Attentive, contemplative listening for the life with God
Hello
I'm Lisa. I grew up in the wide-open spaces of Wyoming, a geography that shaped my desire for spacious places. Spiritual direction is one such space. It offers room to take a deep breath, notice what is happening in life, gain new perspective, and experience the goodness and love of God.

In my first career as a research analyst, I listened to the professional stories of a variety of people, including many state government employees, child care providers, and wildland fire fighters. I saw the value of listening with openness and curiosity. After a season of loss, I longed for something new. I wanted to weave together my desire for prayer and my listening skills.
Now, as a spiritual director, I practice prayerful listening. And as I prayerfully listen, I’m honored to witness God's love and care for each person.

I live with my husband in Woodinville, Washington, where I enjoy walking in my neighborhood and on nearby trails. My weekly birding walk with God is one of my favorite parts of the week. I love reading good books.

I have a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Portland Seminary (George Fox University) and Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
